My Question or Issue

I've had the Spotify/Hulu bundle since it was first offered, and in late December 2019, due to financial hardship I was forced to forego my subscription payment, and it's been inactive since then. With it having been 2-3 months, if I update my payment info now, would my Spotify and Hulu still be bundled or would I have to look into purchasing them separately again?

If you're on Spotify Free at the moment, and you upgrade back to Premium, you won't have access to the Premium + Hulu bundle since the offer has ended. It's best to keep an eye on spotify.com for future deals and promotional offers.

 

If you're on Spotify Premium at the moment, and you update your payment details - you should still have access to Premium + Hulu. If after you update your payment details, check out this thread under the latest status update. It should mention steps on how to get in touch with Customer Support.
