My Question or Issue

 How to suspend for a while a subscription for my sun (paid through my paypal) without having access to his password ?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

It's currently not possible to pause a subscription, you can only keep it active or cancel it. Since you don't have access to the account that you'd like to cancel the subscription on, you would need to reach out to Support and let them know that you don't authorize the use of your payment details for that account.
