My boyfriend and i recently broke up. We had a spotify account together and i was using my name and school info. Now that we arent together i canceled that payment info. I now have made my own account but it will not let me use my school information.

Anyway to get around this?

Which student discount provider are you using?

It is best to contact them about the issue as it is done through them, not Spotify.

i was going through spotify. when you go to payment and sign up with the student 

discount it ask you your school information

You would be using SheerID. Spotify does not process this, we use them.
