students discount premium doesn't work, with multiple payments

I tried to get the discount for students, and it seemed that my student status had been accepted, but my account remained set as Spotify free. So I tried again... I must have tried many times beacuse now I've found 4 payments, each of 4.99 and after waiting several days (I expected these payments to be reimbursed) I have not seen a refund and I still have a free account.   I don't have a double account. Please help me.
