subscribed to the €0,99 offer but spotify charged €9,99

I subscribed to the €0,99 special offer for three months but spotify charged me the full €9,99 - What happened there?

I noticed the same thing, though I haven't actually resubbed.  I am guessing you are referring to the advertising email they sent out yesterday.  The email headline says $0.99, but in the body of the email where they talk about the offer they say $9.99. Or in your case €0,99 and €9,99.
