i subscribe and pay it using my mobile phone and suddenly i cant use my premium account for a month.

Hey @ernieeinre, apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to your mobile carrier to see what the issue is. 

 

If you already did that, try logging out, then logging back in. If that doesn’t help, try another device to see if that does the trick.
