i have deleted my account which was a premium account. then, i recovered my account and i found out that my subscription is free. then, i tried to redeem my 6-months free premium subscription by umobile for my postpaid plan. it was said that i am already on premium and that i need to use a different number. if my previous subscription was really cancelled, why does it show that my subscription is free but on the redemption website for umobile my account is on premium and i haven’t cancelled my subscription yet?
