I am paying for premium account every month. But my account doesn't recognise me as a premium user. So I can not cancel the subscription since the account setting tells me I am a free user.. But I am paying $9.99 every month. 

When I signed up at first, I was a free user in Canada but I moved away to other country then it started to charge me. Would this be why my account is not updated? 

What can I do ?

The issue you're describing might be caused by having more than one account.

Please as a first step use this help guide to locate accounts under your details as you might have two account listed.
