suscription not accepting credit card

My Question or Issue

 I´m trying to create a suscription to a family plan, but won´t take my credit card. my account and credit card is on the same country, and tried several times, yesterday and today, and in a private window, with no avail. Also I contacted the credit card company and told me that my card is fine, and that they did not receive any payment request nor today or yesterday. What is going on?
