switch regular premium to family premium

Hello
I would like to switch my spotify regular premium to premium family.
But my new schedule premium regular subscription started yesterday the 23 may.
If I switch on Family premium. Wil I loose the already paid regular premium subscription ? and repaid the Family premium, I mean loosing 10€ and restart to 15€ with Family, so 25 € for all ? Or not, there is a refund ? a reschedule of my current subscrition on family premium subscrition ? Could ou please help me to understand before I start family premium ?

As it states it depends on how you purchased your premium account originally but should answer your question!
