switching from premium to family

my premium subscription re-newed on 5/21/17, but i want to upgrade to family. will i be charged $14.99 again or simply an extra $4.99 to make up the difference?

Hey @eminamoo,

You'll be charged $14.99 when you upgrade to Premium for Family but the remaining Premium time will be converted into Premium for Family time, so you don't really lose any money. 🙂

Please be aware that, if you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, your payment date will likely be a few days earlier than it had been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription you were on. You can track all this on your Subscription page.
