Pago automaticamente por tarjeta todos los meses la suscripcion y cuando entro a Spotify lo hago como free user y me pide upgrade a premium. Ya cambie clave varias veces y tambien reinstale el programa. No estoy linkeado con Facebook. Tengo los datos de mi pago en la tarjeta. Espero su ayuda. Gracias

Also be sure to check the following:

• Log out and back into your account
• Check the status of your subscription
• Check the status of your payment
• Check that your Premium subscription isn’t on another account
