My Question or Issue

Contratei a assinatura premium, estão sendo debitadas as faturas no meu cartão de crédito, porém só consigo acessar como conta gratuita. Gostaria inclusive de poder dar ugrade na minha conta para o plano family, mas como não consigo acessar o meu plano correto, não consigo trocar. Gostaria de saber como faço para cancelar a conta para poder fazer uma nova, ou como ajeitar essa situação
