Hey @Ch4n3l

 

Thanks for coming to the spotify community!

 

There's a couple of things to check, firstly did you receive an email from Spotify to confirm the subscription? Secondly is it possible you have logged in in two different ways? Facebook login and username/password login is different so it could be possible one account has premium whilst the other remains free.

Hi, thank you very much but I didn't receive any emails from Spotify and I
didn't log in with my Facebook, I hope it's just a matter of time. Again,
thank you for replying!
