two accounts in different countries

I am moving back to New Zealand from the US.  In New Zealand, I have Spotify Free, while I pay for Spotify Premium here in the States.  When I log in, I can only manage the Free account.  

 

I'm trying to cancel my premium account in the US, but can't get to it! I tried getting a password reset sent to my email, but it won't allow me the option of doing that - it will only let me log on through Facebook - which only takes me to the Spotify Free account (based in NZ) only.  

 

Any ideas?

Thanks for getting in touch with us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

Sounds like you have two different accounts set up with your information. We suggest following this troubleshooting to see if you can find the Premium account.

 

If you find it, you can cancel the subscription and update the account's country to New Zealand and continue using Spotify as usual.

 

If you're unable to find the Premium account, it'd be best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to take a closer look at your account to help you out.
