 Hallo, I have a important question. There is an unexpected payment on my account. I have spotifuggle family, which means 9EUR per mont and there is now a 39 EUR payment, but I do not know for what. Is there a mistake or some unusual activity on my account? Plese let me know. Thank You Vít Vachun Czcech Republic.

If you haven't received a receipt or confirmation email from Spotify to your account's email address, it's very likely that the transactions for the additional funds you're letting us know about are just pending charges. There's more info about this here.
