I have bought recently premium plan for which I have paid yearly. Now I want to change the plan so it will be family plan. 

How can I do this in a way that I won't be charged twice.

You can upgrade to Premium for Family at https://spotify.com/family. This will revert your remaining Premium time to Premium for Family wait and it can bring your payment date forward.

Hi I'm having an issue with the activation of premium family I have a premium account and this it's what's happening, the day of the activation is being postponed more than 3 times and it is now more than 3 months that I wait for the activation of the family plan.
