username seems to be different in the mail confirming my premium upgrade

Hi!

I subscribed to the premium service two weeks ago and I haven't been able to log in with the premium profile since then. I have checked that the username which is in the mail confirming the premium subscription is not the username I use to log in. Actually, it says there is no account for the name which is in the mail. I don't know how to proceed now... I would appreciate some help on this issue!
