verified student with no premium access??

Got an email saying, "We verified that you're enrolled in an accredited college or university, which means Premium for Students is but a few clicks away. Go back to Spotify to complete your purchase."
Clicked th elink only to arrive at this page. 

Went back to my account and I know its currently a freeby because of this: ("try premium" advert on every second page)Thought maybe something had gone wrong so I applied again as a student and got this

just bought premium, which is now working, but when i try to swap over to the discount I get that last message, "youve already redeemed this offer".
is there an email address I can contact directly or is this as good as Spotify's support system gets??
