where is my premium family information

My Question or Issue I know i have Premium family as various fam members are on it and i set it up originally. when i access my account it only shows me premium. I can see everyone s playlists too. I have no idea how to access the account for premium and somehow must be paying for two accounts. I have no other email - am not linked through facebook i m not paying through Itunes. How can i resolve this??

Hey @HelpOlga.

It might be possible that you have 2 Spotify accounts: one in which you pay regular Premium and another one subscribed to Premium for Family. In this case, we'd recommend checking the steps in this guide for more info.
