That is how problem sounds in English
I didn't have similar issues with payment a week ago, but now i magically have

Thanks for reaching out. If your attempts are repeatedly unsuccessful, wait at least an hour or two and then try again. Repeated failed attempts can lead to your account getting locked and the system automatically rejecting all payment attempts. When enough time has passed consider trying in an incognito window, as well as on different devices and in different networks. If you have a VPN, deactivate it.
