Hello. I'm trying to redeem a coupon done with the "18app" cultural voucher. However, every time I try to click "readeem your voucher" from the email this comes out:

Could you try redeeming the voucher here in another browser? It's also a good idea to check if an incognito browser makes a difference.

In case nothing changes, we'd suggest you try with another network.
