www.spotify.com/us/redeem/prepaid/ not working

Any suggestion on why the redeem menu from my account page spotify windows 10 does not resolve to anything.  I have a gift card my premium subscription has expired and I would like to redeem..

sorry only have a win 10 PC..   why would the generic URL not work?  to redeem a gift code..    nothing in the URL looks unique to me?

OK.. yes.. just old and like my keyboard - LOL

When I log on on my phone I get an update payment page with no way to enter a code just update payment or cancely our preimium subscription..   no where to enter a gift code?

On the PC I can get into my account and try the redeeem from left nav - that resovles nowhere..

Can you try it in an ingocnito window in your browser or in another browser on your computer?

Also, are you able to post a screenshot of what you're seeing when you visit the redeem page?

fix was to open in IE not Edge.. looks like the URL to redeem has issues with Edge or my config of Edge.. 

Thanx for the help - I was able to apply my premium code and all is good for another year!
