Spotify wants all the world’s music to be available in all countries. However, some artists and tracks are not currently on Spotify. Sometimes agreements can’t be reached with the artist or label or a change may happen in music ownership. 

Unfortunately we can't say if or when certain content will be available again and more info you can find in this article.
