Album catalogs

Add the ability to create a 'playlist of albums' where I can play a selection of albums in any order. Let's say I have a long drive or work/study session, I can throw on my 'catalog' and it'll play 6 of my favourite albums in a specific order (or shuffled).

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. We moved your post from the Ideas board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.

You can already create playlists with your favorite albums, you just need to right click on the album's name > add to playlist. This way you can add all the albums you want to a playlist and play them in order or in shuffle. 

If this is not what you'd like to see in the app, feel free to submit a new idea - just make sure to add as much info as you can.

Thank you for your reply! The idea was more along the lines of keeping songs contained to their individual albums then putting the albums in a collection. So if I shuffle the collection I get the albums played through from start to finish in a random order, as opposed to all the songs in each album being put into a big mixing pot, if that makes sense?

This is essentially what has been done with the albums in 'My Library', except this has every album I've ever saved and I can't click 'Play' on the collection of all albums in my library. So effectively a smaller version of 'library' where you can play albums through within that collection of specific albums in the mini library.
