All albums/songs gone after getting a new phone

All albums/songs gone after getting a new phone

  • I bought a new phone and now all my saved songs and albums are gone. My whole library is missing.  It's the same account because it's a paid sub.  I can't find the number for Spotify support anywhere,  can someone please suggest? Big mess!

Spotify doesn’t offer phone support, but I’ll do my best to help you here.

 

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version. Also, let me know if you see your songs and albums on another device and attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing exactly.
