All my favourite songs are gone, exept one which is saved.

If you notice your music library has changed, the first thing we recommend is making sure you're logged in to the correct account. 

Please head to your Account Overview and check if the account shown is the Premium one. If it is correct, log out of the app and log in again with the information shown on the account page. 

This article can also come in handy to find out if you have an additional account.
