My Question or Issue

I have been a premium member for years and my payments are still being deducted but all of my saved songs, playlists and albums are gone why?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

If you accessed your Spotify account and found out that Your Library is suddenly empty, it’s possible you logged in to the wrong account. In this case, it'd be good to follow the steps in this article to see if you can find and access the right one.
