If songs have been removed from your playlists, first try logging into your account from a different device or the Web Player and check if the songs are also missing there. Additionally, check if the playlist is Collaborative. If it is, then make sure you remove any collaborator that might've made the changes.

On another note, it's best to secure your account by following these steps: 

1. Reset your password
2. Sign out everywhere
3. Check 3rd party connections by going to your Account Overview page > Apps, and remove access to all unfamiliar apps

Lastly, we're unable to check the changes from here, but feel free to reach out to our Support team and they'll be able to check if it's possible to revert the changes.
