All tracks are gone.

All tracks are gone.

Hello. I encountered the following problem: all the tracks from my favorite playlist were missing. I reinstalled the application and went to my account. Nothing helped. Can you please tell me what to do. Please pay attention to my appeal as soon as possible.

same concern :c my liked songs are visible in other devices (Android, desktop app) except in iOS. kinda frustrating when it's your go-to playlist for wide range of genre T^T

I have the exact same issue.

Started a week ago..

Hey folks,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

This type of issue when the liked songs seem to be empty is commonly caused by a discrepancy between the country registered in your account and the one you're located in. If you're a free user, we'd first recommend updating the country registered on your account by following the steps mentioned in this article.

In case you have a Premium subscription, we'd recommend logging out and back in twice to force the sync between the device and your account.

Lastly, and if you haven't tried it, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article, as this process will replace any damaged files that may be affecting the proper behavior of the mobile app.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks, that helped.

i follow your step by step clean reinstall but if i uninstall the app the "com.spotify" file won't show so I've tried doing delete all my file and then delete the file and then finally uninstall the app and restart my phone which still didn't do anything

Hi there @jawhirr,

Thanks for your reply in this thread.

Just to check, are you not seeing only your Liked songs, or do you have issues accessing your playlists as well? If possible, send us a screenshot of how you see your Liked songs or one of the playlists.

Now, we recommend you make sure you're logging into the correct account. Missing content can mean you're not logging in to the correct account. You can check if you have more than one account on Spotify by following these specific steps.

Additionally, check if you also have this issue on different devices or just one in particular. If it's just on one device, let us know the make, model, and OS version, along with the Spotify version you have installed there.

We'll be here.
