Blend playlist doesn’t seem to be updating

My Question or Issue

I created a Blend playlist and the app says that it “updates daily,” however, it has the same songs as it did when we created it. How often does it actually update? Is there a way to manually refresh the list so that we get a new mix of songs?

(The playlist has been stuck on the same songs for all of us in the Blend)

I tried creating a new Blend playlist, but that one also does not update daily. It maintains the same list of songs as the day it was created. 

I have found that if someone leaves the Blend, then rejoins, it will change up some of the songs. However, we don’t want to have to keep doing that every time we want to update the Blend playlist.

Thanks for the post.

 

The Blend might not update every day if the algorithm can't gather enough info about your most recent listening activity.

 

What we can recommend is to make sure that "Private Session" is off and that your listening to music not only from other recommendation playlists like Discover Weekly or Daily Mix, but through the Search option as well.

 

Let us know if it updates in a week or so.
