Can't access "more" options

My Question or Issue

When I try to access the more options, my screen will turn darker like about to open the menu but it will freeze midway and the song will still be able to play in the background. This would only happen when I want to see more options for each audio. When doing the same thing on any of my playlist it can load up more options.
