My Question or Issue

I can no longer add songs to any of my playlist. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app without any luck. I find a song, click the 3 dots and when I got to add to a playlist, none of my playlist show up, even though I can seem them on the left side of the screen.

To confirm, have you performed a clean reinstall or a regular one? We recommend the clean reinstall as a first step since it makes sure any corrupted files from the previous installation will be removed from your device. Check out this help page in order to find the steps for clean reinstall depending on the affected device.

 

Tip: Once you’ve performed the clean reinstall you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts. 

 

Another thing you can try is logging in with a different Spotify account on your device to check if it's an account-related issue. If it works with another account, you can follow the steps in this Spotify Answer next.
