Can't add songs to the playlist on my second Premium duo account

My Question or Issue

Hi, I have upgraded from a previous premium account (shared with gf) to premium duo. so far so good and second account works. 

so of course we had different playlists for each one of us.

but on this newly opened second account I can't add songs to any playlist. clicking on the three dots, I can't select a playlist even they are visible on the left side (see picture). 

it works when logging in to the other account. Tested with different end user devices (Win10, Macbook 2018, Iphone, Android phone). tested also to completely de install the app on android phone but no success.

this is not I was expecting from an upgrade.

Welcome to the Community!

What has happened here is that your girlfriend is trying to add song to playlists that you have created on your old account. She is currently only following those playlists, so she cannot make any changes to them from her new account. In this situation you can either make those playlists collaborative so that both of you can add and remove songs or she can follow the instructions in this post on how to transfer the songs to her own playlist.
