Can’t choose what songs to play songs when there’s a cue of songs waiting

If there is a que of songs waiting, you cant change the song manually, when you click on one, it just immediately skips to the next song in the cue, ignoring the song you just pressed. Also when you skip a song and go to the next one in the cue, it plays that one, which is good. But if you try to go back to the previous song that you were just playing, it doesn’t go back to that, it goes to a different song rather than the one that was just played.

• What devices does this happen on?
• When did this start happening?
• Does it happen with all content?
• Does it happen when Smart Shuffle is on, off or regardless?
