My Question or Issue

I cannot find/see any episode of the podcast BOYS CLUB (Spotify exclusive). 
my wife who is on the same family plan, can see and listen to it without any issue. 
please advise

If you can't - please check if you don't have any VPN services turned on. They may interfere with the content you see.
I would also clean the cached data for good measure and restart the app after that.

Hi Vasil, thanks for your reply. I tried all of the above, nothing worked for me. If I open a direct link to the podcast I get an error. 
restarting the app, clearing the cache didn’t help - I also re-installed.

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info shared.

 

Since these cases could be related to network restrictions, would you mind checking with a different Wi-Fi connection? If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

 

Also, it would be great if you could check on the computer if you have the same issue on the Desktop app and the Web Player. This will give us a better look at the issue.

 

Lastly, include in your next response a screenshot of the error message you're receiving on any of your devices to continue investigating this case.

 

We'll be on the lookout.

I tried other devices, the web player and the desktop app as well. Cannot find it in any client
