My Question or Issue

I have a lot of music downloaded on many different playlist and I have never had problems until now. I can’t here at any of my music without connection although all of it has the downloaded symbol. The same goes if I go to settings and activate the offline mode. I’ve tried resetting my cellphone, upgrading the app and even delete the downloads and downloaded again and none of it works.
