My Question or Issue

I can't play album "palmen aus plastik". The tracks in album are grey and I can't do anything about that. They are locked in my country ?

If you see songs that are greyed out, that means the content is currently not available to play. This can happen if licensing agreements with the artist/labels, or ownership of rights, has changed. Availability might vary between countries as well.
