Can’t play music from my playlist, all songs are greyed out as if I’m offline but I’m not.

My Question or Issue

Literally can’t play music at all and it’s pissing me off.

Hey @r4xql, welcome to the Spotify Community! 🎵

 

Here are a few things that you can try:

 

  1. Go to Spotify app settings -> storage -> clear cache -> restart.
  2. If enabled, turn off any VPN/DNS/AdBlocker, or exclude Spotify.
  3. Switch between WiFi and Mobile Data.

See if any of these steps make a difference. Could you also confirm if this is happening on a particular playlist or all of them?

Hello, I’m having the same problem. Totally blank playlists and I can’t play any songs.  Have you fixed this issue yet ?  Can you help me too please ?
