Can't see Your 2023 Wrapped - check out this guide

Hey folks,

We're receiving reports that Your Wrapped 2023 isn't appearing for some users. There are a few possible reasons as to why this might be happening: 

• You're using an outdated version of the Spotify app - your app needs to be at least on 8.8.80. If you don't know how to update your app - check out this help article for more info.
• You're not eligible for Your 2023 Wrapped - keep in mind that not all user accounts are eligible for the Wrapped experience. Check out our FAQ for more info on that. 
• You're not in a region where Wrapped is available yet. Keep in mind that Wrapped is not offered in all places around the world due to different criteria.
• You're trying to open it directly in the Desktop app. Check this page out to see it on the Web Player or watch it on your mobile device.

In case you think all the requirements above are met on your end - we'd suggest that you post your details in this thread. Make sure to mention your device's make, model, OS and the exact Spotify version you're currently running. This way we can investigate this further.

Thanks for your reply. The Spotify Wrapped has ended, so it's not possible to access it again. The link sent in our previous reply will take you to a Spotify playlist which includes the most streamed songs of 2023. If you want to find your personalized Wrapped 2023 playlist, just type Wrapped 2023 on the search bar, and the correct playlist will say Made for you right below.

Thank you for your reply. Sadly, my wrapped 2023 list was completely wrong.
Top 10 songs on my list I had never heard of before- Which actually

Thanks for getting back to us. 

We're sorry to know that the playlist doesn't reflect your taste, but unfortunately it can't be changed.

We hope in the future we get it right and in the meantime we suggest using private session when joining a Jam as music played by other users in a Jam might also affect your listening activity, and avoid sharing your account with others,

Also, make sure not to leave the app playing unattended and in case you notice unusual activity on your account, follow these steps.

I was able to see my 2023 Wrapped but I didn't share it at that moment. It disappeared from my feed. Can I find it again and if yes, where can I find it?

This is deeply unsatisfying. I wish you would extend Wrapped a little longer. Plus, in the future, you should communicate that it will expire.

I can’t find my 2021 Wrapped playlist, I can find the one from 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023 but the one from 2021 someone can help me?
