Can't see Your 2023 Wrapped - check out this guide

Hey folks,

 

We're receiving reports that Your Wrapped 2023 isn't appearing for some users. There are a few possible reasons as to why this might be happening: 

 

  • You're using an outdated version of the Spotify app - your app needs to be at least on 8.8.80. If you don't know how to update your app - check out this help article for more info.
  • You're not eligible for Your 2023 Wrapped - keep in mind that not all user accounts are eligible for the Wrapped experience. Check out our FAQ for more info on that. 
  • You're not in a region where Wrapped is available yet. Keep in mind that Wrapped is not offered in all places around the world due to different criteria.
  • You're trying to open it directly in the Desktop app. Check this page out to see it on the Web Player or watch it on your mobile device.

In case you think all the requirements above are met on your end - we'd suggest that you post your details in this thread. Make sure to mention your device's make, model, OS and the exact Spotify version you're currently running. This way we can investigate this further.

I have the same exact issue.

hey, so it says that my wrapped is unavailable and to try again later. i updated to the latest version and checked my wifi yet it still says that. what should i do??

I use Spotify for almost 5 years and I never had a problem with opening my wrapped until now. My app is at the last update (8.8.92) and I tried so many times to open it but it just doesn't upload. I also tried it with desktop, web player and nothing worked. I think there is a problem with my account. (My payment goes through every month and there is no problem, I checked.) And I know its available in my country because all my friends are talking about wrapped. I need help!! 😞

Hello, 2023 summary appears but does not load. I get "no healthy upstream" error. Can you help?

i have iphonex ios 16.7.2, spotify version 8.8.92

i had wrapped before so i think i’m eligible 

It keeps saying either "no healthy upstream" or "upstream request timeout". I got to see my wrapped once but now all of a sudden it won't let me check it out again. 

I'm running the Spotify app (version 8.8.90) for Android on a Google Pixel 6A. When I try to click on my Wrapped, it simply loads a black screen that says "no healthy upstream."

I'm a Premium user from Brazil, and I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, Android operational system, and Spotify version 8.8.90.893. When I click on the Wrapped button it says "no healthy upstream". And even when I tried to see the Wrapped on the computer, it says "Something's gone wrong. Refresh this page or try again later. It may take some time to get things up again."

 

I've been waiting all year for this moment. Help me please!

Hello, I'm not seeing my wrap either. When I select the banner, it says something went wrong. I'm not seeing the banner at all on my mobile device. The app is up to date, and just to be sure, I uninstalled and reinstalled it. I'm the account holder for a Premium Duo. I've gotten the wrap over the last couple of years and have been actively using Spotify more often this year. I use a Galaxy Note 10+. I do see a DJ: Wrapped Beta, so I'm hoping that means my wrap exists somewhere. Oh, and I'm in the eastcoast USA .

 

I'm the music person at work. Always got one earbud on, lol. Everyone is talking about it and asking for mine. The FOMO is real today.  

Mine simply will not load. I can't even see if it's available it just shows me a black screen.  Tried switching to my data and restarting my phone but it still shows me the black screen 

Hi, I'm on the latest version, always had the wrapped before and it keeps saying no healthy upstream or keeps loading

I'm seeing "We're all mixed up" on the web app link. Nothing appears on my homepage in the app and when I search Wrapped and click on my 2023 wrapped I get a "no healthy upstream" page. 😞

My wrapped slide show is not working. It tries to load and then always says „something went wrong“. I have closed the app, updated the app, deleted the app and shut off and on my phone. I am running version 8.8.92.666.

I have noticed that users in many smaller countries don't have access, despite not having problems in previous years. This is xenophobic and deeply concerning.

Come on guys we are not a third wolrd country 😄

When I try to open the new spotify wrapped in my application on Android. It says "No heatlhy upstream". What should I do?
