Can't see my liked songs

My Question or Issue

Every time when I want to listen my liked music - I see "Your liked songs will appear here" and button "go to browse", but it's only problem on PC - on my Iphone I can listen that. Please help me.
P.S. Reinstall doesn't helped.
PS(2) I even created a new account, but it did not help and it has the same problem (on the PC)

Also, I have 1 more problem - I can`t see "resently played music"
