My Question or Issue

I created a private collaborative playlist with a friend and left it at one point. Since I’m the owner, he can’t invite me back but I’m still the owner and I can see it anymore. Is there a way to rejoin my own private playlist? It’s not deleted so I can’t recover.

Hi, @euphoricprophecy,

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

I'm assuming your friend still has access to the playlist, correct? If so, you can ask them to just share the link with you. Once you open it, tap the three dots menu and select Add to other playlist > New playlist - this will create an exact copy with you as the new owner, so you can make it collaborative again and invite your friend back to the playlist, if you want to.

In case you can't open the playlist due to it being private, you can ask your friend to create the copy instead, and then share it with you.

Cheers 🤘
