My Question or Issue
Can't play Jean-Michel Jarre's new Amazonia album. The tracks are greyed out. However, others can play it, so the album can be streamed with Spotify (I made sure others in the same country tried and it worked).
I also tried logging out and logging in with a different, non-premium account, on a Mac. That would normally allow playing any songs but with ads. Same thing, it won't allow that album to be played.

Hey @dikrek,
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.
We recommend that you check if you observe the same under a different network. If it works with another internet connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information. Note also that Spotify doesn't officially support VPN and issues with its use are expected behavior. If you using one, make sure to deactivate it.
If that doesn't do the trick, could you ask a friend or family member who is able to play the album to log in to their account on one of your devices and see if it's playable there? How about after running a clean reinstall? That would remove any corrupted files that might be causing such issues. We'd also appreciate it if include a link to the album in your response.
Hope this helps. Keep us posted how things work out.
