Can you change your playlist cover on a chrome book?

I heard you could change your playlist cover with a computer but is it only for specific ones?

If you have Spotify downloaded to your device, you should be able to change the playlist cover by moving your mouse to the cover while you have the playlist open and seeing a pencil icon show up. Hope this helps you 🙂
