I had lots of albums downloaded  in my album playlist abd they dissapeared after update :'(

 

Please help

Hi @Levberger1989, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.

Hi Bill thanks for the quick reply, 

 

The little Note that saying i will need to redownload all my music,  right now the albums are on my device, the only thing that change is the "like" i gave them to save them in the album playlist.

Hi Billy, no i haven't i dont want my downloads to be deleted 😞

Hey @Levberger1989,

 

Restarting the device is always a great first step, but if that doesn’t help then a clean reinstall would be the next step to try. 

 

You won’t lose any saved music on your device, but you’ll just need to re-download them. 

 

Let me know once you’ve done the reinstall.
