Change Genre Filters in Liked Songs

My Question or Issue

is there a way to edit the filters in my liked songs? A lot of the options bring up the same songs. I’d like to be able to have a “metal” option so I can listen to just that sometimes but I don’t see it. My options have like 5-6 different rock options that bring up the same songs. Thanks!

You used to be able to do it, back in uni I had it set up so I could filter to metal and dubstep. A couple years ago now I think an update happened which changed my filter tags and removed the option to change it. I swear the app keeps getting worse on purpose and if it keeps happening I'll look for alternatives

Agree. No more metal filter, but “Spooky” and “Soul Funk”.  Sad.  About to make the switch to Apple which I don’t want to do.
