Create a playlist on the tv app?

Is it possible to create a playlist using the Spotify app an a tv? If so, how?

Using the app on:

Samsung tv,  Sony tv, FireTV Stick

At the moment, there isn't an option that allows you to create a playlist when using Spotify on TV. 

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us and will make sure to pass it onto the right team, as we always strive to improve your experience.

You can also have a look in our Idea Exchange to see if someone else has already made a similar suggestion. If there isn't one, you can give these steps a go and submit your idea so that other users can also support it. The higher the number of votes an idea gets, the more likely it is for it to be implemented.

So messed up to me. Why can I create a playlist from my phone, but not from my tv using my firesick? It seems a little backwards to me. So I can chil at my home and pay monthly to learn new wonderful songs; but only can control where I put them from my phone, and can’t at the comfort of my living room??

My thoughts exactly! I rarely get time to drink coffee at 7am in my pajamas. But this morning I found myself in that situation.  I use my spotify app on my phone all day long at work, in the car, in the kitchen... When I hear a lost song, I add it to my playlist.  I've amassed an awesome collection if I do say so myself.  So, this morning I found a Lost Gems of the 90s list. A good one popped up and i lost my mind trying to figure out the remote control. I thought it was operator error! Lol

I would likevto be able to do this. I just spent nearly 3 hours with advisors trying to figure out if this could be done and then I came here through Google search and find out it is not possible? Crud. Me and 2 other advisors checked and 1 said he could on his TV and the other said that the app is not fully optimized to do it. It must work for some users depending on make and model.:)
