Creating a Playlist from an Album by default has just the album name and not the artist

My Question or Issue

I create a lot of playlists of albums (as I can't find a better way of creating groups of albums). All of my old ones were names '<artist> - <album name>' which is fine, but for obviously something changed and now it just uses '<album name>' so it's harder to see who the album is by.

Is there a reason this was change? Can it be changed back? Is it not possible to add a simpler way of having groups of albums??

Currently there is no way to change this manually. It's a design feature from the recent updates.

If you think other users might also like to have the option to change this, go ahead and create an idea on the relevant idea board. We always take new ideas and feedback into consideration to improve the app. Here you can read more on how ideas work.

We also suggest checking this help article for useful tips on how to submit an idea. As a heads-up, it's good to know that the higher the number of votes an idea gets, the more likely it is for the idea to be implemented.

Sorry I'm just returning to this a year later as it still really annoys me. Why should this involve me making a request for new behaviour that will just be ignored. This was broken by some updates Spotify did, and should rolled back.
