Just to confirm, are the songs you're trying to remove from Your Library local files?
If so, and they only appear removed from the desktop app, you can try performing a thorough reinstallation of the Spotify app on your mobile device with the steps mentioned here.
If that doesn't do the trick, it'd be helpful if you could share some additional details on what's happening so we can take a closer look for you. Any screenshots would also be useful - just make sure that there's no private/sensitive info displayed.
